The Southbend BGLM-40 can hold up to 40 gallons of soup, stew, mixed vegetables, and ground meat. The pan features a sloped front for easy pouring and comes with a detachable strainer. Hinges located at the front of the pan give the operator more control when tilting.

The BGLM-40 is NSF certified and constructed from 10-gauge stainless steel with a #4 finish giving it incredible durability. The pan interior is polished, preventing food from sticking, and features coved corners that make the unit easy to clean.
