Each burner is equipped with a rugged cast iron grate that casts heat equally and stays hot when food is added. Underneath the burners are removable crumb trays that catch grease and debris, keeping the top clean. On the front of the unit, a 4-inch-deep, stainless steel rail enables staff to season foods or set down plates and pans momentarily.
