This model is built with a hard-wearing stainless steel exterior that works great for preparing meals keeping spills and debris to a minimum.
Construction, Hardware, Insulation
Cabinet exterior front, sides, and door(s) are constructed of stainless steel. Cabinet interior is constructed of aluminum. A set of four (4) 4" high casters are included. Doors are equipped with a gasket protecting retainer. Both the cabinet and door(s) are insulated with thick high density, non-CFC, foamed in place polyurethane insulation. This unit comes with 4 adjustable epoxy-coated shelves make for optimal organization.
Refrigeration System
The high-powered 1/4 hp refrigeration system runs on eco-friendly R450A refrigerant to keep food at temperatures between 32 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
