A water-resistant microprocessor control with a 3-digit LED display allows operators to monitor and adjust temperature settings easily. The refrigeration system also features an easy-to-clean front-facing condenser coil, thermostatic expansion valve metering device, and a high-humidity evaporator coil located outside the food zone to maximize usable interior space.
