The Traulsen G30012 refrigerator utilizes a top-mounted self-contained refrigeration system engineered for consistent temperature control in professional kitchens. The balanced system uses low global-warming potential R-290 refrigerant and maintains cabinet temperatures between 34°F and 38°F for safe food storage.
The refrigeration system includes a water-resistant microprocessor controller with a three-digit LED display for precise temperature monitoring. Additional components include a front-facing condenser coil for easier maintenance, a thermostatic expansion valve metering device, and a high-humidity evaporator coil positioned outside the food zone to increase usable storage space inside the cabinet.

Cabinet Construction
The Traulsen G30012 refrigerator is built with durable all-metal cabinet construction designed for heavy commercial use. The cabinet front, louver assembly, and doors are made from heavy-gauge stainless steel, while the interior and cabinet sides are constructed from anodized aluminum for durability and corrosion resistance.
Both the cabinet and doors are insulated with 2 inches of high-density foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, which helps maintain consistent internal temperatures while improving energy efficiency. The refrigerator is also equipped with 6-inch locking casters, allowing the unit to be repositioned easily for cleaning or kitchen layout adjustments.

Cleaning & Handling
